Silly like me
you can count on my ability to feel free
I pull up at home in my broken down jeep
music blasting and I’m goofy feeling geeked
got the driveway on lock dancing off beat
cousin looking knowing my mind is just a little bit beat
so everybody knows one thing for sure
I’mma be me, even with a leash..
Poetry is a form of expression. These expressions can include any thought, feeling, or state of being. Poetry has many definitions that are similar in nature. One definition of poetry is writing involving metaphorical or figurative language that has rhythm and at times rhyme. Another definition of poetry is writing that creates imaginative awareness of experience organized to spark a specific emotional response. Moreover, this is done through meaning, sound, and rhythm.
